Dr. Nagwa Rofael graduated from the DDS program from the University of Alexandria Egypt in 1983. After graduation, she worked in different hospitals around the country. Working in the hospitals was a perfect opportunity for Dr. Rofael to practice all aspects of dentistry.Dr. Rofael passed her Board Exams in Canada in 1996 and since then she has been practicing in Ontario. After working as an associate in different offices across the GTA, she decided to open her own practice. Her first office and main practice has been opened since 1998 at Jane and Sheppard Mall in Toronto. Few years later, she opened her second practice at Weston Road and 401 location.

Dr. Rofael’s practices have been built on providing her patients with honesty and dedication. She chooses her staff very carefully making sure that they are not only efficient but also share the same values of honesty and dedicated care that she provides.Dr Rofael is a firm believer of continually upgrading her dental skills. She is always taking extensive programs with highly regarded institutes and constantly encourages her staff to improve client care with continuing education. She regularly attends dental conferences and many courses to cover a wide variety of dental treatments. Dawson Academy, Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, Institute for Advanced Laser dentistry are some of the prestigious institutes she has graduated from.She is currently an active member of Academy of General Dentistry, Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Ontario Dental Association, Canadian Dental Protective Association, Dawson Academy, Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, Institute for Advanced Laser dentistry.

She is passionate about technology and is constantly upgrading her office with latest technologies. Her offices are fully computerized, paperless, digital x ray machine, digital panoramic x-ray machine, CBCT etc. Three years ago, Dr Rofael introduced a new laser technology to her practices, called the Laser Assisted New attachment Procedure (also called LANAP), designed to treat Periodontal disease. This new technology and therapy has been tried and proven to be very effective in controlling Periodontal disease since 1994 in United States and now is being used in Canada.

Dr. Rofael underwent an extensive training program over a period of one year in Denver Colorado and Cerritos California to graduate from this advanced program. She now offers Laser Gum surgery to her clients with Periodontal disease.On the personal side, Dr. Rofael is an active member in her community serving is different fields such as: Sundays schools for grade 7 & 8 teaching spirituality to the university youth in her church every weekend, helping in serving the homeless and going as far as Mexico to build homes for those who are in need.She is an avid traveler and wants to experience all that the world has to offer. Whenever time permits, Dr. Rofael travels with her husband. She not only enjoys dentistry but also takes time to provide family counseling. She has completed the Family Ministry Program from Florida.She enjoys basket ball and you will frequently find her discussing this with her clients. Dr. Rofael has a son, a pharmacist, and a beautiful daughter who has graduated as a Dentist,only to join her mother to continue providing excellent client care in dentistry.
